Bonus TL;DR

  • DraftKings expanded its IC360 partnership to deploy full integrity technology across both its sportsbook and prediction market platforms.
  • The rollout introduces tools to address athlete harassment, screen prohibited accounts, and prevent insider trading in prediction markets.

DraftKings has expanded its partnership with IC360 to deploy the company’s full integrity technology stack across DraftKings Sportsbook and DraftKings Predictions, a move the companies say will strengthen monitoring of bettor abuse and insider-risk activity.

The deal matters because it extends integrity controls beyond traditional sportsbook wagering and into prediction markets, where operators face added scrutiny around market manipulation and use of material nonpublic information. According to the source, DraftKings is the first operator to integrate IC360’s full suite of ProhiBet and ProhiTrade tools across both platforms.

New tools target harassment and insider-risk controls

Among the new pieces is ProhiBet Bad Actors, which is designed to identify users who harass, threaten, or abuse athletes, coaches, and officials. DraftKings can then suspend or ban those accounts, and the company can also share information about abusive users with sports leagues, teams, and law enforcement.

The broader package also includes IC360’s integrity monitoring and account-screening tools. The companies said those systems can help DraftKings screen accounts tied to banned users and monitor betting and trading activity in real time, with the goal of helping compliance staff respond faster to suspected violations.

In a statement, DraftKings Chief Responsible Gaming Officer Lori Kalani said, “There is no place for harassment of athletes or attempts to manipulate sports markets in our industry. Our work with IC360 gives us additional tools to identify and address this type of conduct and uphold the integrity of sports.”

Predictions platform adds another compliance layer

The agreement also covers DraftKings Predictions, the operator’s prediction market product launched in late 2025. The source said ProhiTrade is intended to help prevent people involved in sporting events, or those with access to material nonpublic information, from profiting from sports-related prediction markets.

DraftKings said ProhiTrade gives the company “the same institutional-grade insider-risk controls trusted by leading exchanges and prediction market operators.” Sports event contracts on DraftKings Predictions are not offered in all jurisdictions, though the broader product is available across the U.S.

The announcement arrives as the industry faces growing attention on bettor behavior toward athletes. The NCAA has said 7% of all Division I male players reported receiving negative or threatening messages from bettors in 2025.

DraftKings offers online and/or retail sports wagering in more than 30 jurisdictions and is one of the top two operators in U.S. sports betting by market share, making the rollout notable beyond a single platform. The source also noted that Fanatics Sportsbook became the first operator to add ProhiBet Bad Actors in June 2026.

What to watch next is whether other major operators adopt the full IC360 stack across both sportsbook and prediction market products, and whether regulators put more focus on integrity controls tied to athlete harassment and event-contract trading.
