Delaware poker reporting appears back on track
Poker Industry PRO reported that Delaware’s online poker tracking is now back to normal after two months of unusually low numbers, with July 2026 looking almost correct and August 2026 returning to expected levels.
For August, BetRivers Poker posted $70.6K in revenue. That was up 12% year over year, according to the report.
The outlet also noted that the August 2026 total was more than double the level seen in August 2023, when 888 was still operating online poker in the state.
Online casino remains the much larger business
The bigger revenue story in Delaware remained online casino. BetRivers reported $12.9 million in August revenue from its three online casinos, a 36% year-over-year increase.
According to the report, that online casino total was more than twice the level from two years earlier and more than ten times higher than in August 2023, when 888 held the online casino contract.
That gap highlights poker’s limited role in Delaware’s overall iGaming market. Poker accounted for just half a percentage point of total iGaming revenue in August, the report said.
Poker Industry PRO said that share is well below poker’s portion of iGaming revenue in other US states, suggesting Delaware’s poker segment still has room to grow even after the August rebound.
For now, though, the latest monthly data points to a simple takeaway: Delaware’s poker reporting appears to be back in line, while BetRivers’ online casino business continues to drive nearly all of the state’s iGaming revenue growth.
